“ First time we have been disappointed at TGIFRIDAYS. We have always loved the Big Ribs with the whiskey glaze sauce. Normally we would go to the Fridays in Stow, but that one has recently been closed. AT the Stow location the ribs were always moist and tender and well slathered with the sauce. The ribs we had at this location were pretty much the complete opposite, they were tough not very juicy and barely any sauce on them. My wife and I agree, this was definitely NOT worth the 32 mile trip. It's a shame because Fridays was one of our favorite places to dine. Another disappointment was the coupon I had for 30% off claimed it was off the ENTIRE dine-in purchase. Normally the coupon will have a disclaimer below stating alcoholic beverages are not included, however this one did NOT have that exclusion listed. We were informed at the restaurant that it did NOT include alcoholic beverages. (I have included a screenshot of the coupon for proof.) The only bright side of our visit was the young lady who waited on us, Katy, she was very friendly and helpful and happy to meet our requests. I don't believe we are going to be making another long drive to this location it was a real let down from what we were accustomed to at the Stow location. We will have to search elsewhere for the perfect Spare Ribs ”

“ Had not been to a Friday's in a long time and stopped there Sat in the early dinner hour. We had grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and bourbon chicken sandwiches at our table and everyone said they were delicious. The chicken & pasta dinner was a large portion - had raw green onion on top fyi in case that's not your thing, was pretty good. Service was good and we will return. ”

“ Food was good, service was alright, atmosphere was lacking big time. All the air-conditioning vents were leaking on the floors, and the whole place stunk of mold. Its a shame, because it is in a good location and has potential. They might need a new manager to pick the place backup. ”
